He had never ironed before! I was so proud! :)

Auntie Carmen bought Cassie (or Jim?) this Cardinals outfit for my shower. She did the math, figured when football season would be (when Cassie was 15-19 months old) and bought a size 18months like any sensible buyer would do. Cassie, who tall for her age, passed the 18M size back in July ... passed the 24M size in August ... and passed the 2T size in September!! (on top at least, thanks to her Budda Belly, she is still a 2T on the bottom). So --- we were relieved that the 18M outfit fit -- even though in the real world, Papa would not be so happy with the short skirt!

(who can let this pic go without noticing poor Cooper sulking in the front .. poor boy never got a cheerleading outfit ..)

This too dedication to the cause, I noticed these stand out leaves when parking at work, so I lifted BOTH pair of sunglasses to snap a quick picture. I was completely unable to see ANYTHING in the bright light, so I had no idea on my phone display how it came out. At least you can see my point, but I do wish I had more time (and eyesight) with this one!

OK, so, for some reason there is this wooden box in my shower - directly under the showerhead. I was cleaning it the other day, and I discovered that the wood had finally rotted out when my hand went straight through it. (I don't really want to look into the hole, but it seems like it's just an area behind the shower for pipes, etc.) Anyway, I figured I had better cover the hole, otherwise water would get in it and it would get even more mouldy. So, Hello Kitty, and Lori's b-day gift, to the rescue.

One of my all-time favourite gifts, given to me by Birdy. It's the only baby gift I've received so far. And even though it's supposed to be marking my baby, since my baby hasn't officially been born yet (January 2012, according to amazon), she's marking something else. I thought that Lori would like to bookmark...and Lori and Carmen would both like the book :)
