I thought I'd start PAD as a way to force me to take better photos. My Lori-Logic told me that if I take a photo a day, I'd get better at photography.
Through PAD, I've learned that my passion is not necessarily to get better at photography but to simply share what I see on a regular basis. I sometimes use my DSLR or even my P&S camera to craft a "good" photo, technically speaking, but PAD has given my photography more freedom. It's a journey, and a personal one at that.
PAD Bonus: I get daily peeks at the lives of two of my oldest friends, both who are long-distance for me. (I am in CT, Paul is in OR, Amy is in Scotland)
