"Happy Birthday, Latvia"
The 18th November is Latvian Independence Day - commemorating the first time they gained independence from Russia. Matt and I celebrated by creating this picture (it took several takes) and then toasting with the Riga Black Balsams that's inside the bottle. Prieka! (Cheers!)

"10 Months"
This was waiting for me when I got home from Paris. November 3rd marked the 10-month anniversary since our first date. I told Matt that we weren't exchanging gifts, but he surprised me with this anyway! I guess I'm just a Black Magic woman :)

"Wings"
In addition to Matt's many talents, one of his new ones is making his own Buffalo Wings (which you can't really get here), AND his own homemade Blue Cheese Dressing, all of which he learned to make himself. I've never been a fan of wings, but these were gooooooood! :)
