"Pancake Day"
In the UK, the day before Lent is celebrated as Pancake Day. So, I made pancakes for me and the Viking. Actually, the Viking helped me by making the eggs and the bacon :)

    can't go wrong with a viking and some pancakes...bacon just makes it all better!!
