Redemption
I did not enjoy Seattle, unfortunately. So much so that I called Paul from the top of the Space Needle to vent that I could not enjoy photography there because (a) everything there had been photographed before, so what's the point? and, (b) being there with Cassie was prohibitive of really getting to let go with my camera. Yet, at the end of a frustrating day, an impromptu sunset at the waterfront boardwalk after dinner was all I needed for redemption. 
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this photo!! I have ALWAYS loved those late-in-the-day long shadows, and this is an excellent capture!!!
