    (I took it surreptitiously with my iPhone - maybe it's because I really only had one chance to get it right. Anyway, he was such an interesting character I had to get at least one shot.)

    I think that's what I like about it...the character...also, I think the shot is what you could call 'timeless' (sorry, Lori, I stole your word!!! :) It's just a very intriguing image. I want to know who this guy is and what he's looking for...

    I think he was looking at some land and water deeds for central or eastern Oregon (not that I was looking or anything).

    I have to piggyback Amy's comment about this being timeless. The more I look at this, the more I feel like I am on a time machine ride. Either seeing Albert Einstein (I swear that's what I saw the first time I glanced at this on my phone earlier today), or about 40 years into the future and seeing Paul hang out at the library. The time machine could go in either direction with this one!
