About four times per year the International Market comes to town. They close off one street near my house, and fill it with vendors from all over Europe. There are mostly food stands - German sausages, French crepes, Spanish paella, sometimes even Polish food! I walk through it every time it comes, even though it's usually too crowded, and I never end up buying anything. I just like that something different is happening in town. I spotted this flower stall at the end of the market, and just thought how laughable it is that they are selling palm trees. We'll be lucky if it gets into the 80s EVER during the summer. Well, life couldn't be that perfect.... :)
