"Milkshake Season"
One of my favourite times of year - fresh local berries in the supermarket available all the time; combined with non-fat yogurt and skimmed milk, this makes for a delicious, tasty, filling and dietetic treat! :)

  1. We're big into shakes / smoothies at our house with around one or two a day. In fact, we recently busted our blender and had to get a new one. Perhaps I'll PAD a smoothie one of these days...
