It's interesting that I chose this poor quality image/snapshot for today's PAD - Friday night while getting a pedicure, I was surfing Soul Pancake and was inspired to start reaching further in my photography. Although I like that PAD has been something of a journal for me, I've not been as artistic as I would have hoped to be.
So what do I post the next day? A silly iPhone photo :) Oh well, inspiration takes time to grow - at least that's what I'll go with for now! So many ideas to execute, just need time to get 'em done. Maybe I'll strive for achieving at least one a week. We'll see. Just talking about it here makes me commit, in some loose non-commital way.
What are you talking about? I think this picture is awesome! You said that you haven't been 'as artistic' as you would have liked - this shot is totally artistic!!! It totally captures the spontaneity and mood of the moment! :) Maybe that isn't what you meant by wanting to 'reach further' but I think this shot is totally cool.
