HA - that's too funny Lori! This is probably my least favorite picture so far on PAD. I was trying to take a picture that is completely out of the norm for me - and I think I at least accomplished that.
Dennis - I could be totally wrong, but I think that this is the first PAD picture that you took that is out of doors. Is that so? It just stood out for me, because of that. So, mission accomplished! :)
This might be cheesy, but if this were my photo, to 'spice up' the image I would convert it to black and white and leave the hydrant yellow, and then brighten it, so it really stands out. But I am a sucker for those editing tricks! :-P

Thanks for the advice Amy - I used to do a lot of the single color object in a B/W picture edit - and your right, that would be perfect here.
